Mark, FRO gained nothing, or everything depending on how you look at it--it was part of the "price" they had to pay in order to get their deal done with GBLX. Very, very smart on GBLX's part: this is as close to a deal breaker from a hostile 3rd party's viewpoint as you could get.
Now, if we could all light our joss sticks and pray that GBLX gets FRO and suffers the sad fate of losing USW (oh please). regards, mike doyle
