Truthseeker, Amazing! Per the company description on S&P's Market Access, the total outstanding shares are 13,465,000. Factor in the split and you get 26,930,000. At the current stock price, ZSUN has a market cap of $269 million, built on an asset base of roughly $4.0 million in questionable assets, which include 'immature stock', club membership fees and mortgage notes receivable.
And the OIA acquisition. 3,000,000 shares pre split i.e. 6,000,000 shares post split. That's $60 million!
How do they do this? By making misleading, inaccurate and false statements that unsuspecting, gullible investors swallow hook, line and sinker. And obviously ZSUN's Shameless Head Internet Tout (insert acronym here) has greatly contributed in this regard.
