Nope.

However, if everything is based on electronic impulses, I do not see why not could it be done. In fact... I did hear that a man's arm was amputated, and a few years later, an artificial limb was "installed", and if I recall correctly, the equivalent of muscles to give him movement of the arm [and I can not remember if it had fingers or hooks]. Everything was connected to the rest of his body,. I am not sure if electronic impulses were used to make the arm operable.

Again... I believe it could be done. --but I am not an expert.
