HELP- has anyone out there ever successfully saved a baby mockingbird?

I have found one this evening while watering my yard. I accidentally watered it- and it hopped up out of the grass. It is very small- not fully feathered. Can't fly, can't even hop very well. The net says 40% fruit and 60% arthropod diet. But another site said egg yolks would do for the protein. We are going to look for the nest in the morning. But just in case we can't find it- anyone have any ideas? Wildlife shelters won't take mocking birds- as they are just too common.
