Anyone know how this company markets its web services? Is it straight to the end customer or is it through the companies which design and build the web pages (or both). Any ideas on how big this market is? Also, any ideas if Siebel's and Oracle's web front-office apps will compete with INOW's features? Is the growth coming from the web application or from other apps?
