Q isn't going to go through the hassle of issuing shares just for the sake of balancing market supply and demand. Clearly they must have something in mind. A purchase perhaps? Now, what would be tasty that they could buy (for cash)? Or, perhaps they want to start making their own ASIC's, rather than contracting out.

All speculation.
