re billing systems, probably at least three are required one for retail customers, one for corporate customers, one for wholesale/telco pass through customers information is needed on the 'passing' of calls and utilization of capacity, switches, gateways, etc... my billing comment about recently changed standards is directed to the latter scenario Hawaii should consider that my url post to you is a company spun off by LU, and while it may be appropriate to consider that IDTC's billing system is good, it would be foolish, imho to discount the url as useless, but that is his perogative good luck ynot :)
