I don't see much concern for a 20 million share increase on the outstanding. Remember that it's over the course of 3 years. Many things can happen over this period. Income potential appears to be very high at this point with the new restructuring phase.
It's always better to compensate officials with stocks rather than paying out 6 digit salaries that tend to increase regardless of company growth. Personally, I think that Desai and Alboini possess all the right skills, ideas and contacts.
These guys are known for being "turn-around" specialist by profession.
