Ken, in NYC and Westchester County, Governments are now officially preparing for a worst case scenario in regard to Y2K. I read this in a front page article in the Gannett Suburban Newspapers. The real panic stage is not far away. It should hit by Labor day. They had years to prepare. Complacent fools. People pay for car insurance, fire insurance, home insurance, life insurance, health insurance; but when it comes to Y2K insurance for their very survival, they live in DENIAL and LA La Land.
