normally, corporate officers have ongoing selling programs managed by their investment advisor - similar to individual's dollar cost averaging. they sell a certain amount of their options on regular basis, high, low or medium..if there is substantial increase in volume of insider selling at these lower levels, that could indicate something...does nayone have reliable info comparing volume of sales with prior periods? also, i have a question...recently cscc, ibm and coms announced a partnership for ip switiching. this was before coms/usrx merger. does anyone know how coms buying usrx will affect this alliance? my guess is that usrx doesn't really have carrier class products that would compete with cscc.
