Speculation only: Q is raising the money for a joint venture Pico cell CDMA demonstration project with Seimens and LWIN. Pico cell CDMA will increase bandwidth by an order of magnitude., reduce power requirements and cost by an order of magnitude. Will be smaller than the transformer on telephone poles and will not require all those permits. Q IP will still be required. Pure Speculation. I trust Q to use our money wisely. Q has more ideas than recourses. Larry Morrow
