No I am not the same chap. I see a grandpa and gramp once in awhile
besides myself. I am 100% behind the thinking of CLK. I think he has
assessed the system perfectly. I hold both ORI and AKA but mostly
AKA. My AKA is the original BGN stock so you can see I have had a long
time love affair with this region.

As to why the market isn't running with the shares I can only say and
assume there is a reason. On the charts of both companies(see Canada
Stock Watch) you will see there has been an accumulation since last
June. The stocks have pretty well formed there 3 point peak which is
usually a sign the process is near an end. In my opinion it is
possible because of the very large financing that has to be done the
stocks need to be low(er) to entice large buyers and given they will
probably have to pay a premium there is a limit. For example TYG paid
a good .50 cent premium to get into ORI, presently converting 1.50
warrants when stock at .90 to a buck.I understand a certain large
brokerage house has been picking up large amounts of one or both.
You will note BYG has the support of CM Oliver which was behind the
financing of the BYG/TYG deals.I would assume they will still be.
Once the financing is in place there is no need to hold the stocks
back. They should be able to rise where the market thinks they should
be at this stage.
