This is where WLD first tripped up on the Nesbitt Burns issue. His indirect response was made to Message 10383905 as Handshake states:

Yeah, wow, it only takes 7 individuals to Rule the World! Now they're floating this idea of a Nesbitt Burns downgrade of DAY, which frankly I'm having trouble verifying. Last time I checked, they weren't even one of the firms with coverage on DAY.
They sure all seem excited about this week, though, even in PMs. Wonder what they really have planned?

IMO, WDL probably been aware of the Dayton/Nesbitt connection and that relationship possibly ties him directly (information wise) to these companies as per statements made pertaining to:

I have personally been made aware through private channel ( unable to disclose), pertaining to his/her relationship with Dayton/Nesbitt and find it delightful that this has now been publicly exposed.
