I am not slandering anyone, just making the point that contrary to long's thinking on this board, knowing gilder doesn't make you smart or a good investor. I don't care about his bio either--just saw a piece of junk stock up 66%--it will fall off a bit today,
Actually, it does make you smart (knowledgeable) and a good investor (long term). You're right, daytraders use different information, and Gilder in no way would help you with that.
None us us are making fun of daytrading--I suspect you are probably doing quite well. I just don't understand your relentless quest for ignorance of anything intellectual concerning future technology. If you don't wish to learn anything about the new world, that's fine. But, why the fierce feeling against a brilliant futurist you never even heard of?
It's one thing to ask, who is this Gilder guy and what's be all about. But, it is a sign of your lack of intellect to say instead, never heard of him, my traders have never heard of him, he's a pump and dump letter writer.
P.S. Could you please send me some information on where I, too, can learn to become a fabulous day-trader with little or no brain cells. |
