Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. Announcement: Joint Venture Agreement Has Been Reached Between RMGG and Landmark Chemicals S.A.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 1999-- July 13, 1999 Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. (OTC BB:RMGG) is pleased to announce that a joint venture agreement has been reached between RMGG and Landmark Chemicals S.A. (Landmark) of Lausanne, Switzerland.
The Landmark group is involved in world-wide petrochemical and pharmaceutical trading and is in the manufacturing of plastics and micro-nutrients. The Landmark Group has offices worldwide: in the United States, South America, the Far East, and in major European countries.
RMGG will be the legal representative office for Landmark in Fuzhou and will distribute approved Landmark products throughout China. The first stage of the joint venture allows RMGG to market Landmark's natural medicines and food supplements through Rocky Mountain Fuzhou Drug Co.'s distribution network along with Chinese distribution companies who are well established in several major cities including Beijing and Shanghai.
On completion of RMGG's GMP factory in Fuzhou, RMGG will work together with Landmark to determine the future feasibility of manufacturing additional products in China and will have the option to manufacture these Western products for the Chinese marketplace.
