PLEASE CITE THE SPECIFIC EXAMPLE WHERE LES PRICE "LIED". MEDINAH HAS NO LEGAL REQUIREMENT TO BE A REPORTING COMPANY AT THIS TIME AND SEVERAL BUSINESS REASONS NOT TO BE REPORTING. FINANCIAL AND OTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO SHAREHOLDERS VIA UNAUDITED FINANCIAL REPORTS AND PRS ON THE WEBPAGE. FURTHERMORE, DETAILED FINANCIAL INFORMATION INCLUDING PROPERTY DEEDS, TITLES, CONTRACTS WERE PROVIDED AT THE AGM AND HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO MAJORS AND FUND COMPANIES. PERHAPS, WHILE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE ANSWER, YOU WILL ALSO CARE TO DISCLOSURE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH DAYTON MINING COMPANY.
