<I am not slandering anyone, > Disagree. Look up "slander" in the dictionary. <knowing gilder doesn't make you smart or a good investor> Right. But reading Gilder will make you more informed. However my take on Gilder is that Gilder is smart and a good investor and people who read him have been rewarded by his research. His track record speaks for itself. <I don't care about his bio either> Fine. I read Gilder and his credibility is important to me. Here's my point. Don't assume that Gilder is a "pump & dump chump" just because a company he writes about appears to behave like a pump & dump stock. Gilder has no control over how his readers react to his newsletter.
