You are right about missing a good buy. I agree completely. IOMG is a buy now, for example. And for a long term investor, who's target is say, 5 years from now, it makes little difference.

For strong stocks: Get in and accumulate on dips. Has worked fine for me. My statements are for the trader, I guess.
