Maybe so. But 15,000 contracts doesn't sound like a lot. In fact most of the firms I saw on my (admittedly cursory) visit on CHML's site were American mom&pop ceramics (sic). How do you know CHML is improving their web site? IMHO, IMOT sets the standard to date.
