Eicon Technology Partners With Merisel for Distribution
of Remote Access Products

Partnership Provides Expanded Distribution of Eicon's DIVA, Aviva
and EiconCards in the U.S. and Canada
Eicon Technology, a global leader in remote access solutions,
today announced it has partnered with Merisel (NASDAQ: MSEL), a
leader in the distribution of computer hardware and software
products. Through the agreement, Merisel will distribute Eicon's
DIVA, Aviva and EiconCard families of remote access products in
both the United States and Canada.
Through its extensive network of resellers, retailers and
integrators, Merisel will distribute Eicon's DIVA line of ISDN
client and server hardware, EiconCard WAN adapters for X.25 and
Frame Relay and the Aviva Family of flexible, Inter/intranet thin-
client, browser-based and traditional desktop host access solutions.
