SureQuest Systems, Inc. Announces Contract with Health Technologies, Incorporated.
DALLAS--(BW HealthWire)--July 13, 1999--SureQuest Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:DIET - news), a Nevada Corporation, today announced a five (5) year marketing and licensing Agreement with Health Technologies, Inc. (HTI) of Maryland Heights, Missouri. Under the terms of the Agreement, HTI will market and sub-license SureQuest Software to its approximately 780 long-term care and food distributor clients in addition to an ongoing licensing fee for the use of SureQuest's menu software for HTI's 450 menu services clients. Carol Sapp, President of Health Technologies, Inc. commented; ''We are looking forward to the partnership with SureQuest Systems and are excited about the wide variety of software options that we are now able to offer our clients.'' Additionally, HTI personnel will be trained to instruct end users on SureQuest software products to both HTI clients and additional end users licensed through SureQuest's industry marketing partners. John Nicholson, CEO of the Institutional Dietary Group said; ''With HTI's large and geographically diverse group of approximately 130 dietary consultants, the time and cost to train end user clients will be greatly reduced thereby significantly increasing revenues and expediting our corporate objective to add 600 new facilities during the next twelve months.''
The Company also announced that it has completed second stage development for its affiliated consumer website, MenuTrition.com. MenuTrition.com is scheduled to be on-line in the next 30 to 45 days. The site will allow users to create complete family health profiles, provide nutrient and supplement recommendations, and permit vitamin, health products and grocery purchases at significant discounts. MenuTrition.com is being designed with the intent to be the most comprehensive free nutritional website on the Internet. Current sites found on the likes of Yahoo (Nasdaq:YHOO - news), America Online (NYSE:AOL - news), GeoCities (Nasdaq:GCTY - news), Excite (Nasdaq:XCIT - news), iVillage, Inc.
