After a period of relative inactivity, SNDV moves to 6 13/16 and the stock moves up. Then they come in on the offer at 7 and stop it, but don't lower their bid. This is the tightest spread I have ever seen them at - 6 13/16 x 7. What does it mean? I don't know.
