why is this ? if anything.. the biggest loser of the NETG/DCLK deal are the other advertising companies.. TFSM and ADFC and ENGA.

these companies have few high-profile customers maybe except the few ENGA serves (WebTV, CNET) and based on what i heard, they are getting increasingly pissed off by the technical incapabilities of Accipiter (Engage's ad serving solution)

I expect DCLK/NETG to own the advertising space at an increasing pace.
and don't tell me TFSM/ADFC/ENGA are also acquisition targets.. their
client roster and their inferior technology aint even worth the money :) maybe they can consolidate amongst themselves first to hold out a bit longer.. but they'll be crushed!

back to NETP.. I see this as a positive for NETP. NETP has an agreement with NETG and after the merger NETP should gain access to many more clients that are now using DCLK/Dart. big plus!
