Hi Bigdude or is it Richard as in Richard Petruli. Your posts sure are a lot like old Richards and he disappeared within days of you appearing on SI. If memory serves me you have used some of the exact same lines in your posts as Richard did "Wife hates me, dog doesn't recognize me anymore". I liked Richard and I like your posts you tell it as it is and if the people on this thread don't want to hear what you say then they should not read your posts. Anyway this Bre-x thing has turned into a nightmare for some people and I only hope there are very few people out there with more than 10% of their investment assets tied up in this stock. The only person who seems to make sense in all these posts that I have read is Gerald who is urging people not to panic but to try to make decisions based on fact and William who urged you to cover yourself with puts. I would also urge anyone who has an inordinate amount of their assets tied up in Bre-x to buy puts and if they don't know how talk to your broker. My reasoning is as follows. This stock is either going to be worthless if their was a scam (for the record I don't believe this to be true but who can be certain) or it will go back up substantially if not. The cost of the puts wil be more than made either way. If you have 10% or less in the stock well if disaster happens it happens it wont be the end of the world just painfull for a while. Turk and Gerald I think both of you discussed lawsuits and such. I am sure both of you are aware that these would not acheive a lot as the individuals will be judgement proof long before a court decides and if Kilburn has been wrong it will be from fraud which would in all likelihood cancel any liability they might have had. Graham P.S. Just for the record I have an interest again as I bought a bunch of Bresea $10 calls on friday.
