In 1993, when I bought my first shares of the Convertible Preferred, each Preferred share converted into 2.54 shares of the Common. However there's been a reverse split 1 for 8 or 10 shares, if I remember right, along the way. This probably has changed the conversion rate of the Preferred as well. However, I don't remember seeing anything on it. I know the Preferred didn't really change in value much at the time, so it mush not have changed in and of itself. Most likely just the conversion rate.

I'll have to dig a bit deeper to confirm just what is the conversion rate at this time.

Best regards, Tom
