Interesting theories, although... they have little to do with the opportunity in front of us. Starting with the fact that this is not an IPO, moving to the fact that the trading float is microscopic (unlike those internet IPO's that you refer to) and then to the fact that BANY and ANYI own A LOT of each other. Add to this the fact that few people, if any here, even know *HOW* to short BBs and most of your analysis becomes rather meaningless. I would characterize this one as more of a *revolving* door than a back door. Don't know if the term has been applied before, but think about it and you may see what I mean. I believe that your trading ranges are conservative in the extreme.
