KLAC Interview Note the two year forecast

The Point & Figure Bullish Percent Sector chart for Semi-Equipment made a low of 6 (Only 6% of the indexed stocks were on P&F BUY Signals) last September. It then triggered a Sector BUY signal in October as it climbed above 30. It reached a high of 80 then dropped below 70 in December, triggering a SELL signal, which lasted until a Double Top BUY signal in May. It has now temporarily peaked at the 86 level and is standing today at 80. A drop below 70 would constitute a reversing SELL Signal. I don't follow the sector, but looking at a chart of AMAT, it appears that this Bullish Percent road map would have been useful for timing considerations. I read the current status as extremely cautious for the sector.
