Teflon, I know you don't read the Yahoo board but the Stephens 7/12 morning notes were posted yesterday: "Conclusion: Gemstar's stock has risen sharply in the past three weeks and reached an all-time high on Friday. In light of the Company's current business prospects, we could easily justify a price target well above $100. Accordingly,we recommend that investors keep buying Gemstar, and we will revisit our price target and financial models after the upcoming conference call for 1Q 2000. We reiterate our BUY recommendation." As far as short term predictions I am clueless beyond an occasional lucky roll of the dice so I just hold and ride out any fluctuations. Earnings release due in the second week of August with the exact date unknown at this time. Wish I had more to add. Regards Stew
