I did read the NASD information;a long time ago. I also posted that just because MIDL showed up on the "eligible for review" list did not mean it would trade again. I called and got my information straight for the source. When I posted it I was bashed and trashed, called a liar and more. It was obvious to me there were those who needed to buy more time.

I learned the hard way that TRUTH was not to be allowed on this thread so I ceased posting.

Now... low and behold, the real ugly truth is coming out. Better late than never. The sad part is a lot of time has passed and it tends to have less impact on all but the investors who lost a lot of money. A REAL stink should have been raised a long time ago.

There have been some well thought out posts in the past couple of days. I am saddened by the fact that this discussion was not allowed to take place long ago. There is an old but true saying;strike while the iron is hot. There is much truth to it.

Those officers of the company could and should have been called to task for lack of fiduciary responsibility and I said so.

Because the shareholders did not in mass get mad as hell but instead allowed all of them to buy time instead; I feel we have lost the initial impact we could have had.

Would the media be interested in such stale news at this point in time? Where do their advertising dollars come from and where do their loyalties lie?

Sooner or later the truth has a way of coming out.

It appears this thread has about out-lived it's usefulness... The fat lady has sung...
