This news details the complete buyout of the KDS technology.
This will no longer be a drag on the company. Before, every time
an agreement was worked out for the use of the technology, Ashford
Holdings would come in looking for their money. Now FASC owns the
technology outright.
This technology alone could be worth a lot of money in the future.

Addtionally, FASC is building a website for an online gambling
casino using SNMM technology/software.
This deal should be finalized and a NR should come out within the
next week. The the company is negotiating the new sportbook online
race track betting using Vegas odds....

Finally, the company tells me that they are looking at additional
sources of revenue via the internet. This will be an ongoing thing.

Chart...Long downtrend from 2 down to .02-.03 then a long base
followed by good accumulation on last move to .13ish. Now have a
nice base .065 to .07.
