To the thread, don't let volatility this week worry you. Option expiration is Friday. If you have a stock you want to sell put an order in 2 points above the market. If you have a stock you want to buy put an order in 2 points below the market. You might get both this week. Use volatility to buy stocks at support. Also if you have a volatile stock you bought below current prices you might want to consider writing a Friday call against the position. The premium will evaporate like an ice cream cone on Coney Island in July. Tom
