I currently see no reason not to support the deal. I may not like Eisner personally, but if he can make these type of deals with us, he can make good deals outside this context once go.com becomes part of Disney. I'll buy more stock on downturns as I believe the no vote isn't strong enough to override (mutuals will be voting yes, at least those I know). Those who are selling it off are only making room for those who will vote yes - the new buyers in the $43 range who anticipate at least a $52 target or 20% 1/2 year gain prior to year's end.
