I find equally ominous your earlier report that someone (not a RECY official) said "Of the 42 original sites, 32 have been sold off or are in the process of being sold... The remaining 10 sites are doing well...". That so many sites have been sold suggests that some sort of bankruptcy plan is in place, and we just don't now about it.

Thanks for your continuing investigation, Jim.... the answers don't look good tho'.
