Rory, I am not sure these royalty plays offer the upside that you would find in a producing company. Most ... and I do not know this one ... are structured to be income vehicles based on a depleting asset. Over the years I have found myself involved with two or three and all were lousy investments in terms of appreciation ... not to bad as income vehicle ... but the depreciation calculations drove everyone crazy and we eventually bailed out to get rid of the hassle.
