Moose,
Hi!!!

RE: high end service for the enterprise systems

Does this mean IT support?

I believe that DELL currently is stealing some of the high end "goodies".....and, the companies that are granting DELL this opportunity are finding that DELL is not only teaching them quite a lot they are discovering that DELL is a great deal cheaper!! :o)
If you talk to the folks in my area that work for the service end of IBM it doesn't require much of an imagination to figure out why IBM is making so much money...the projected $640 BILLION in revenues that Meathead has predicted by 2001 is quite a large cache to bite into...
Is it any wonder that Michael was quoted at the PC Expo in NYC that Dell would quadruple its sales to $90 Billion within five years?
"Mr. Dell said he wasn't trying to make a guarantee or even forecast growth. Instead, he said, "YOU CAN CUT IT LOTS OF DIFFERENT WAYS BUT YOU GET THE POINT: WE SEE LOTS OF OPPORTUNITY"
Moose....DELL management has a prediction philosophy that has remained very consistent over the years... "Underestimate and then go overachieve" :o) :o) :o)
Go figure Moose....I bought MORE DELL TODAY....

Best, Kemble
