Herb, How about the following simple explanation. Another company offered to double or triple his salary with fewer headaches and doing something which he might find more challenging. Maybe everything at Dresden is pretty much okay and he got bored. These are all just as plausible as something is wrong. Hell I am thinking of switching jobs, not because anything is wrong, I'm just ready for a change. These things happen. Steve
