FASC, you posted this DD and the sellers come out?? What's up with that!

It does looks like a good level to accumulate for another run at .10, but with the increase in volume and dropping price it looks very weak, almost like someone is either dumping or shorting.

Did you ask them if they have any debentures or warrants outstanding, are they planning to issue additional shares for acquistions?
