Well, we know from the relevant documents (posted here) that AZNT was indeed ordered to lift the restrictions--which had of course expired--on the Kricfalusi shares, which had made their way into the hands of NexTech.

We also know that AZNT refused to do so, and as a result was held in contempt of court. And yes, as a sanction the judge ordered as well that they be required to pay court costs and attorneys' fees.

How many of these shares have entered the market? Beats me....
