Bob, Word from both Herzog and CBAY......is "pending compliance approval" No time frame given. bg ps. I don't care when ANYI goes off......I would just like to have 24 hours notice. I think ANYI should get the approval.....and announce that they will trade the next day....or something. This trading within 10 minutes of approval is for the birds.
