I think that your point of the "crapshoot" can actually be quite a selling point. It's one that I have been using. A kind of -
"What do you have to lose, and look what you can "

Conversely, I had a nightmare just happen to me with a stock symboled OWLDD. Last week I owned 20,000 shares of it, they just reverse split 1 to 10, and now I only own 2,000 shares. True: my 70 cents is $7, but it is much easier to double and quadruple 70 cents.

I had a great talk with our CEO and Captain of Ship, and Tom reassured me that there will be no reverse splits of ECNC and he reiterated that if any of his staff proposes a reverse split to him, they'll find themselves in a doghouse for quite a while. Thank God for Tom's Wall Street acumen. I really feel betrayed by One World (OWLDD), and am proud to be with ECNC - soon to be even more heavily invested in it. This is one "BETT" we are all going to win. Stick together, and we'll arrive together.
