Scottoo. "Early next week" means anytime up to but not including the actual mid-point of "next week." That is because the "mid point" of "next week" is neither "early" or "late" it is "mid." Now taking this obvious fact to its' logical conclusion shows us that "early next week" ends at the eighty-third hour fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second of "next week." With a known starting point of 00:00:00, 07/11/1999 83 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds gives us 11:59:59 a.m., 07/14/1999. I hope this helps clarify the meaning of "early next week."
