It was a black day for investors when NASDQ got themselves established as a Self Regulatory Organization. They can lie, cheat, ignore urgent requests, etc.,etc. with impunity. Complaints to the SEC are recycled to the fox in the coop. The so-called independent arbitrators are essentially controlled by the SRO. "Contingency" attorneys don't want a case with less than $50,000 direct damages. The situation needs a tough investigative reporter. Jack Bridges
