Bill,

Your calling me a liar has forced me to embarrass you in front of all your buddies. I apologize in advance, but I will not allow you, nor anybody, to tarnish my good reputation. I'm sure this was just an oversight on your part because my question was buried in a request to Yields. I remember asking you on another occasion as well but have no interest in culling all my posts to find it.

Simply issuing a sell/short recommendation on a stock doesn't necessarily mean that you put your own money on the line. Nobody on SI is obligated to post their trades, but absent that, you open yourself up to being called a "fraud". Given your strong opinion on GUMM and all the dialogue here over the past few days, I think it's only fair that you post your actual trade. It's interesting that you were able to short it because I know it's very hard to borrow the stock. Best of luck with your trade.

As far as your "fraudulent promotion of its quack cold remedy"...you are completely wrong about this and have no substantiated proof to back your claim up. The market will speak the truth.
