The word from the company, via Lewis Taylor, is that the company will release its audit as soon as "a week and half" from yesterday, when I spoke with him. He acknowledges that his credibility is low and will go to zero if he makes another promise the company doesn't keep, so I expect that this time something will get reported. Something else is supposed to be announced also, about a software deal. In any case, someone bought a little of this stock today so maybe something finally about to happen.
