Maybe, but anyone who sells on this news shouldn't be in techs anyway. Aside from the 2 cent earning miss, it's good news. They were upbeat about the rest of year. They say Pentium III is "on track to be our fastest ramping processor ever." They say they are winning market share in the low end with Celeron, which was their goal. They continue to buy back their own stock, 25M shares in the quarter. They increased the dividend from .02 to .03 during the quarter.

Don't be surprised if INTC is higher a week from now than it is now.
