Can't say that I agree with Preisler on this either. While it's impossible to attribute a value to this deal, he takes for granted that no premium is due seek for the buyout/merger (which is wrong since dis had a standstill agreement with seek and could only have gotten 51% under the terms) and that in the long run dis will manage seek assets better than it has managed its own for the past five years. Given the dis track record outside of animation, it sucks and there's no reason to believe they will do any better with seek than Motro.

But that article is from yesterday. Today, the blood is all over the street, and the continued drop in seek stock price is indicative of the uncertainty and outrage by seek shareholders (which is amply recorded in today's media coverage).
