Consumer internet service in the valley sucks, as anyone who works and lives here will tell you. But since you dont live here, you have no experience of how congested it is. The average speed on highway 101 is about 5mph during late afternoons, simply because every single person in the valley has to drive on it. Until you have real world experience of dealing with high speed net access in SILICON VALLEY, please refrain from telling me how you think my line should perform.
