two years, the amount of time it will take to train partners, LOCALIZE the product to SPANISH and PORTUGESE, go through a sales cycle, go through an implementaion cycle
i might be off by 3 months either way
less profitable, costs to LOCALIZE the product, fees to partners who sell the product, opportunity cost of not performing consulting inhouse, foreign tax rates
timing, i would have thought that going into earnings, there might be announcements of domestic opportunities other than partners (HP et al) that probably don't pay much (if any) license fees and may get training a VERY reasonable prices (if not for free)
tape/trend, doesn't affect me, no position, i like the product/concept, the 'value' is the part that fascinates me
