I've been through Visio blow-ups before. I am a little disappointed this time. Before, there were honest transitions and misunderstandings by the analytical community. This is the first time I can remember where management misjudged the sales cycle. IMO, it seems that the trasition to bulk licensing will require Visio to adapt its methods to avoid this problem in the future. Right now, I am still not hearing the right things from Visio management about how this problem won't repeat. I'm still long, but I am going to hold off adding to the position.
