Well, I finally found MKII,MKIID,MKIIZ, message board. In the past when I tried to get messages I drew a blank, but as soon as it was renamed FVSN all of the past posts from #1 showed up. There was a lot of activity when the infamous 100-1 reverse split occured. and then again in May when a misguided stockholder thought the stock had gone up to 165 per share I became a stockholder May 20,1998 because of a buddy line E-mail recommened it as a great buy on AOL in Atlanta. Had I tried to do my DD I would have drawn a blank just as you will at this very time. (Try pulling up Raging Bull info now) Later there was supposed to be an investigation about how the E-mail had been sent, but nothing ever came of it. Just before the reverse split MKII posted a news release that pumped the stock, claiming that it would soon be at $4.00. They gave the suckers just enough time to buy more and then did the 100-1 reverse split and suddenly my 4000 shares became 40 shares-worth $20.00 today. Just as Ferrari's 110,000 shares became 1,100 shares and he is mad as hell. Of course I am still holding, I can't afford to sell 40 shares worth 20.00. I know I will never get my money back nor will anyone else including the newbies. I tried calling Paul Smith several times. The phone number changes often. The first number I called is now a private home and I don't get any answer on the other number. I looked for MKII in the Greater Atlanta Phone directory and they are not listed. Have any of you who threated legal action gotten any results yet? If so please post them on the message list. In the 14 months that I have owned the stock I have yet to recieve a stockholders report or any other type of material from MKII. You newbies better get out quickly before you get taken, the handwritting is on the wall, a name change will not hide a wolf in sheeps clothing. |
